ABOUT THE APPLICATION PROCESS
How should I apply?
Please upload your application documents (motivation letter, CV, certificates) via our form on our website. The contact details and application documents submitted as part of your application will be processed electronically by us for the purpose of selecting suitable candidates for employment.
Which documents are part of a good application?
Please send us your CV, a letter of motivation and relevant references and certificates. Please make sure that your application includes your area of interest (specific job advertisement, speculative application, internship).
When can I expect a response to my application?
After you have sent us your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. If any documents are missing, we will request them. After the pre-selection phase, you will receive feedback from us within 4 weeks.
Does MSG also offer internships and Bachelor's/Master's theses?
Of course, we also offer opportunities for internships, dissertations and bachelor’s/master’s theses. If there is no current opening, you are welcome to apply proactively.
I have already applied once. Can I apply again?

Do I have to pay my own travel expenses for an interview at MSG?

Working at MSG
What does the onboarding process look like?
On your first day, you will receive a safety briefing and a general introduction to the company, conducted by your supervisor. It is important to us to understand how you are settling into your new role. For this reason, a feedback discussion is held after 2 months.
What is the working atmosphere like?
Our work environment at MSG combines local connections with global reach. In our modern and open company, we provide an inspiring atmosphere that encourages collaboration and creativity. Thanks to our international focus, we work with a diverse team supported by flexible work models and innovative technologies.
How are the working hours regulated?
At MSG, you benefit from flexible working hours through our flex-time model. All employees, except for colleagues in production and logistics, have the opportunity to design their work schedules individually. The teams in the production and warehouse areas have fixed working hours as part of a shift model.
Is working from home possible?
Depending on your position and responsibilities, working from home is an option we offer.
Is there a cafeteria?
At our headquarters, we provide a varied lunch buffet available on order. Additionally, you can buy various fresh snacks every day in our cafeteria. For your breaks, several kitchenettes equipped with cooking facilities are also available.
Are there employee events?
While we take our work seriously, we understand that fun and socializing contribute to a healthy workplace. That’s why we regularly have team events. Look forward to annual barbecues and christmas parties as well as various employee team events, to which you are always warmly invited.
Can I do further training at MSG?
Depending on your position, you have the opportunity to participate in training and development programs in consultation with your supervisor to further enhance your professional skills.
Is there an operating vacation?
In general, yes. However, this company vacation usually only affects our employees in the production area and can vary in time.
